About Tanika

I’ve never been the loudest person in the room, but I’ve always had something to say.

For most of my career, I watched louder voices fill the space, not always the most thoughtful ones, not always the most informed, and not always the most impactful. Just the loudest.

And for a long time, I did what a lot of talented women do. I waited. I edited. I made myself smaller so the room felt more comfortable, and told myself that if I just kept working hard, the right people would notice.

"The gradual realization that changed everything was this: no one was coming. The person who was going to advocate for me — was me."

That realization didn’t happen overnight. It came slowly, in rooms where I was the most qualified and still felt invisible. In conversations where I had the answer and gave it to someone to say. In moments where I shrunk, not because I lacked confidence, but because I had never been given the conditions to grow into my own authority.

The higher I climbed, the clearer it became. No one hands you permission. You have to claim it. And claiming it requires knowing exactly who you are. Your voice. Your values. Your presence well enough to lead unapologetically.

That’s when the work I do as a coach is not just a practice, but a purpose.

I built 7Seeds Coaching to be the thing I never had.

Someone who saw me before I could fully see myself-who named what was happening, pushed when I wanted to retreat, and held me to a version I hadn’t quite claimed yet.

That’s what I want to be for you.

Whether you’re just beginning to find your voice, learning to make the room see what you already know, or leading at a level where your authority and influence can change things for others, this work meets you exactly where you are.

Because growing into yourself is not a single moment. It’s a journey. And you don’t have to make it alone.

How I show up for you

Not just a coach. Your Accountability Advocate.

A partner walks alongside you. An advocate pushes for you — even when you're not ready to push for yourself. I'm not here to validate where you are. I'm here to advocate for where you're going.

That means I will ask the hard questions. I will name what I see in you before you can see it in yourself. I will hold you to the vision you set when you first said I'm ready — especially on the days you want to shrink back.

A partner

Walks beside you at your current pace. Reflects back what you share. Offers support and perspective.

An advocate

Fights for the version of you that hasn't fully arrived yet. Pushes, encourages, and holds you accountable to your own growth — with authority and care.

This is for you, if you're ready to be seen, challenged, and held to what you said you wanted.

You’re ready if...

You’re tired of performing instead of being

You know something has to change, even if you can’t name it yet

You’re willing to do honest, inside-out work

You want someone in your corner who will push you forward

You’re done waiting for permission to take up space

This isn’t for you if...

You want quick fixes without real reflection

You’re looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear

You’re not ready to be challenged

You want to observe the work, not do it

You’re comfortable staying exactly where you are

"I'm not going to tell you what you're capable of. I'm going to sit with you until you know it yourself."
