Hello, I’m Tanika your Accountability Advocate
With 20 years of Human Resources experience, I have always been a different kind of HR professional. I never fit neatly into the “traditional” box and for a long time, I struggled to reconcile that. What I learned is that people don’t connect to personas or titles.
They connect with people.
They connect to humanity.
They connect to sincerity, honesty and presence.
People want to feel seen, people want to feel heard. They want to know you are listening to understand—not to judge, correct or manage them. They wan to trust that you truly understand what excites them, what frustrates them, and how they can use those emotions, experiences and insights to their advantage as they grow into powerful, impactful leaders.
That understanding changed everything for me. It shaped the way I show up, the way I lead, the way I support others and ultimately—the way I coach.
And now that’s what I want for you.
I want you to stop questioning your style, your presence, your voice or your leadership identity. I want you to release the pressure of fitting into somebody else’s mold or mimic someone’s version of professionalism, a word that has been weaponized against the very women it was never designed to include. Read that again!
Instead I want to help you master your own style. The one that is already within you. The one that reflects your lived experiences, your brilliance, your emotional intelligence (EQ) and the unique way you see the world.

Pricing is based on both the project's scope and your desired timeline. (I promise fair rates and will always require your approval before we begin).
